The M26 Pershing was introduced in the final stages of World War II as the successor to the M4 Sherman. Featuring a powerful 50 caliber 90mm gun with a range of 1,400m, the Pershing was designed to take on the powerful German Tiger and Panther tanks. These little entry level radio controlled tanks from Heng Long are great fun at a very low price.
The real M26 Pershing was introduced in the final stages of WWII as the successor to the M4 Sherman. Featuring a powerful 50 caliber 90mm gun with a range of 1,400m, the Pershing was designed to take on the powerful German Tiger and Panther tanks. The Pershing boasted not only assault power but also excellent mobility. Pershing tanks were also deployed to Korea at the outbreak of war in June 1950, and overwhelmed the rival T34/85 Soviet built tanks of the North Korean and Chinese armies. With the long barreled gun, heavy armor and Ford V-8 engine, this was the best American tank of WWII.
This great little scale model tank from Heng Long has been carefully designed to be an accurate replica of the original and features a lot of detail. It is a great introduction to radio controlled tanks or an excellent addition to any rc tank collection. The real working tracks and flashing gun with multiple sound effects are great fun for any tank fans.
