This is a complete evaluation system for the LOCOSYS LS20033 5Hz GPS module. The board has a built-in USB interface for connecting to your PC.
The evaluation system allows you to conveniently experiment with the GPS module on your PC. You can also use the evaluation board to program and test your LS20033 modules in a production environment. One is pre-installed with simple double-sided tape, but it can be easily removed.
Manufactured by LOCOSYS, the LS20033 is a 32 channel GPS receiver that uses MediaTek's MC-1513 GPS chip set. It can track up to 32 satellites at a time while providing fast time-to-first-fix, rapid NMEA sentence updates, and low power consumption. It offers superb sensitivity and performance, even in urban canyon and dense foliage environment.
Please note that this is a 5Hz GPS, not the latest 10Hz version.
