This is a complete plug and play wireless system set, and within few seconds you have everything connected and working wirelessly.
Don't be fooled by the size, it's a and great option if you have a 2.4 Ghz Radio Control, even not being in the same frequency is recommeded using a
1.2 GHz filter
to clean any harmonics that can reduce the range of 2.4 GHz RC radios.
This combo uses PLL (Phase-Locked Loop) technology to prevent frequency drift.
If the camera to be used with this transmitter is a 5 volts camera, then all you need is a 2S 7.4v lipo battery 500mAh or more. If the camera is a 12 volts then a 3S lipo battery 500mAh or more will do the job beautifully.

Don't let the size fool you, the FPV512 has a very tiny but powerful transmitter with six (6) user selectable channels. When used with a high gain antenna attach to the receiver this system give you a range of 2 miles at 2500' feet or more!
The whole 500mW transmitter plug and play transmitter weighs less than 1oz (25 grams).
