The RX1258-CTS is a four-channel wireless A/V (audio- video) receiver. It is a special model that includes the 1258MHz frequency that is gaining popularity in the FPV hobby community. Furthermore, it has been specifically calibrated for use with our
TX13-1000 A/V transmitter
(available separately).
This receiver is built with the highly respected Comtech
BSS479
baseband tuner module in it. The Comtech module is renown for its high quality construction and consistent RF performance.
Your purchase includes a high quality RCA A/V cable. Length is approximately 55-inches (1.4 meters).

The antenna you plan to use with the receiver should be chosen to match the exact frequency of operation. For example, 1280MHz installations should consider our
#ANTHWD-1200
half-wave dipole. It is a popular antenna choice for medium range applications and it can be purchased with the receiver as an option at
additional cost

The power source is not included. It must be 12VDC (min 9.9VDC, max 12.5VDC). Exceeding this voltage, or reversing the power connections, WILL cause permanent damage and void the warranty. AC mains powered installations must use a voltage regulated supply (available separately) and should not use standard unregulated types. For portable use we recommend a high capacity 3-cell (3S / 11.1V) lithium polymer LiPO pack such as our
#LB3CT-1800T
with the
#CORD-UB2
adapter.
The RX1258-CTS also supports an optional LCD character display that can report the channel's frequency and the relative RF signal strength. This feature requires the
#ETS-PWR-PNL
