This is the Tactic AnyLink SLT 2.4GHz Radio Adapter.

Converts signals from Futaba, Hitec, JR and Spektrum brand radios and transmits signal to control Tactic brand 2.4GHz SLT receivers
Compatible with transmitters originally designed for 72MHz, 2.4GHz,
FM and PCM operation
AnyLink has a range up to 1,000 feet (307.7 meters), making it ideal for slow flyers, park fliers and other small electrics
Includes adapter cable for Futaba transmitters with square trainer jack and JR/Spektrum DX6, DX6i and DX7 transmitters- cables for other transmitters are available separately
Expands the ability to use a huge range of transmitters to fly a huge range of aircraft with interference-free, secure 2.4GHz SLT frequency hopping technology
LED with audible tones for easy setup and use
