" Afterburner Simulation for 75mm Jets This module serves to simulate flame on the output of jet engines using red ultra bright 3 and LEDs. The input of the module has to be connected in parallel with the engine controller. Then intensity of the flame follows the power of the engine. First color starts to light at the beginning of "gas" range. The second color starts in the middle of the range. To increase the reality of the flame the light intensity changes in pseudo-random period. The frequency of changes speeds up when increasing the engine power.
Our F-86 has a 27-1/2" wingspan and is 27-1/2" long with a 17 oz. flying weight. This receiver-ready EPO jet is pre-painted and ready to assemble in about an hour. Designed for simple everyday flying, the model is hand launched and lands on the reinforced drop tanks. Wings are reinforced with carbon fiber tubes for strength and rigidity.
