This is the Heli-Max MD530 Scale FP Flybarless SLT Helicopter Tx-R (Transmitter-Ready) Version. Full-size MD-530 helicopters have been used in a vast range of applications, most notably in special ops and combat. The MD-530 can provide armed support to both air and ground forces, with the ability to operate effectively in hot conditions and high altitudes, and has a range of 250 nautical miles.

The Heli-Max MD-530 is available as an assembled RTF or Tx-R version. Both versions of this incredible Heli offer the ease of factory-installed onboard gear and the performance plus of a LiPo battery and charger and are compatible with SLT.
The MD-530 features a convenient magnetic hatch; magnets on the underside of the hatch give you fast and easy access to the battery while leaving its scale looks intact. Its flybarless head features a lower parts count, making it more durable and efficient than a typical flybar design. The Heli-Max MD-530 also offers a wider flight envelope. The MD-530 uses full case designs for damage and impact-protection and rotary-drive, digital servos for speed and precision.

The beauty and simplicity of Tx-R technology is that you can you use your own flight transmitter —one that's already been set up the way you like it — to fly virtually any Tx-R aircraft. As long as your transmitter is compatible with AnyLink — and almost all brands, bands and modulations are — it will fly this model. Generally, all you have to do is plug the tiny AnyLink (available separately) into your radio's trainer or DSC port.
