8 Channel Serializer PWM to PPM Encoder

This serializer, also called a "PWM to PPM encoder" allows you to mix one or more channels over a single channel receiver. Technically, the frame generated is called PPM frame, the standard signal used for a long time for RC.
This can be used in many different situations:
For MikroKopter or other similar controllers that require a PPM stream
For the DragonOSD+2 that uses a PPM stream for servo inputs
For the Scherrer, EZUHF, or other LRS system that requires a PPM signal.
